India is all set to go on two exciting tours, one against South Africa and the other against the reigning champions of the World Test Championship, Australia.
In addition, they have a competitive home series against England planned.
The Indian cricket team squandered the chance to win all three games in the Test series against the West Indies when Monday’s second match ended in a tie owing to heavy rain. India was able to earn 16 of the 24 potential points, giving them a percentage of 66.67 in the points table (% of points won). In the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) 2023–25 standings, they are currently in second place, barely behind Pakistan, who have a perfect 100% after winning their first Test against Sri Lanka. The West Indies, on the other hand, hold the fifth spot in the points table with a percentage of 16.67 and 4 points from the tied game.
India will next travel to South Africa and Australia, the reigning World Test Championship champions. They must also play a tough home series against England.
